Clermont, FL Training CampS *MARCH 4TH - MARCH 10TH, 2019 *MARCH 14TH - MARCH 17TH 2019

Clermont is home to the best winter training in the United States, with thousands of amateur and professional triathletes training here each year in addition to Olympians in many other sports.  Read below for more info on our 4th year camp:

WHAT: For 2019 we are doing an 'A' camp consisting of higher volume and faster speeds.  Within the A camp are the full 7 day camp option from March 4th through March 10th AND a 4 day option(March 7th through March 10th).  All workouts and routes are planned and fully supported with vehicle SAG and nutrition. This camp is great for anyone looking to race an early season 70.3 or Ironman - or just something to provide motivation during the winter.

In 2019 we are also doing a 'B' camp with lower volume and slower speeds.  This camp is 4 days long from March 14th to March 17th.   You'll still get everything you got in past camps.  All workouts and routes are planned and fully supported with vehicle SAG and nutrition. This camp is great for anyone looking to race an early season 70.3 or Ironman - or just wanting something to provide motivation during the winter.

WHERE: Swim at the National Training Center's 50 meter outdoor pool, Lucky's Lake, and Lake Minneola.  Ride the best roads in Florida with plenty of climbing, including Sugar Loaf Mountain and Buckhill road.  Run at Waterfront Park and on the Clay Trail loop with rolling hills through the orange groves.

HOW FAR: During the 'A' camp expect to ride 500 miles, run 25-40 miles, and swim 12,000-20,000 meters during our 7 days.   I do offer shorter options on most workouts to accommodate different situations.

During the 'B' camp expect to ride 100-130 miles, run 15-20 miles, and swim 4,000-8,000 yards over the 4 days

WHO: I will lead the camp and everyone attending the A camp has 70.3 and Ironman experience.  The B camp will have a wider experience range with athletes coming who've only done a few triathlons.  I will have hired extra SAG and Mechanical support to handle total camp numbers. With the drafting on the bike workouts and shorter workout options available we can accommodate a fairly wide range of ability.  Each camp is limited 20 people

WHAT YOU GET: Pool access, all workout nutrition from First Endurance, workout planning and routing, mechanic service and multiple vehicle SAG support on all rides and runs, Wekiva Springs Canoe Trip(week long camp only), 1 Free Dinner, 1 post swim Panera coffe/bagels, camp t-shirt, coaching instruction with full access to me for questions, swim video to be critiqued and emailed after camp, and TBD extra's from my sponsors.
